Ryland Apsey
Ryland was born and educated in Cape Town South Africa and relocated to Europe in 1997. His 5 years in Europe were spent in the international imports and real estate business which was followed by a move to Colorado in 2002. There he remained till 2006 during which time a career in the mortgage business was launched. Ryland relocated full time to Los Cabos May 2006 to launch his first Mexico venture, Baja Capital Mortgage and has remained a full time resident of Mexico since then. When not in his office, Ryland can be found at any one of the many local surf breaks taking full advantage of the Mexico lifestyle.
Pam Grey
Pam graduated cum laude from San Diego State University before relocating to Portland, Oregon. There she worked for the largest Apple Computer Dealer in the U.S. as Vice president of Business Operations. She relocated to Los Barriles, Mexico in 2004 where she sells residential and commercial real estate. In 2006 she and her husband realized the need for professional assistance for new land owners wanting to build in Mexico. They started the company Desert Rose Development S de RL de CV to fill this need. In 2009 she joined with Homes and Land of Baja Real Estate where buyers can take advantage of a full-service package including financing, sales/marketing, and construction management. Pam has been offering mortgage services to her community since 2007.
Leah Hanakova
Ms. Lea Hanáková completed her Master’s degree in Law at the Law Faculty of Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic. In the years 2003-2004, Ms. Hanáková worked at the law offices of Griffin & Hackett, P.A. in the USA; she specialized in preparing documents and contracts related to real estate transactions. In the year 2004/2005 Ms. Hanákova completed her Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.) in international and comparative law at the University of Georgia School of Law, USA. After receiving her LL.M. degree, she spent one year working as an associate at the Law Offices of Glatzova & Co., v.o.s. in Prague, Czech Republic, focusing mainly on general business, corporate and real estate law. In the years 2006-2007, she worked as a foreign associate of Solórzano, Carvajal, González y Pérez Correa, S.C, Los Cabos Law Office, focusing on cross border real estate transaction between for US and Canadian citizens for Mexico real estate. Ms. Hanákova is a founding partner of P&H Closing Services since 2007. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Czech.

Pedro Perichart
Mr. Pedro Perichart completed his Bachelors Degree in Law at the ITAM School of Law in Mexico City. In the years 1999-2001, Mr. Perichart worked at the law offices of Santamarina y Steta, S.C. In Mexico City, specializing in corporate law. From August-December 2001, Mr. Perichart participated in an exchange program with the Copenhagen Business School, in Copenhagen, Denmark, where he took Master level courses in international law and European Union law. In the year 2002, Mr. Perichart joined Solórzano, Carvajal, González y Pérez-Correa, S.C. (SOLCARGO), in Mexico City. In the academic year 2004-2005, he obtained his Master of Law Degree (LL.M.) from the University of Georgia School of Law, USA. After receiving his LL.M. degree, he decided to return to SOLCARGO where he was transferred to its Los Cabos Law Office in January, 2006 focusing on cross border real estate transactions for Mexico real estate. Mr. Perichart is a founding partner of P&H Closing Services since 2007. Mr. Perichart has recently been certified as Official Translator (English-Spanish) by the H. Superior Court of Justice of Baja California Sur. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Spencer Adams
Spencer was born and raised in California and owned his own mortgage company in the US called The Mortgage House for the last 20 years. His business focused on building long lasting relationships with the real estate community. After many trips to Mexico he fell in love with the rich culture and perfect climate and decided to make the transition to permanent sunshine early 2009. He now resides in Bucerias, Nayarit, Mexico with his wife and 2 daughters doing what he loves most, real estate loans for Canadians and America buyers.
